Do I need an appointment to try on wedding gowns?
An appointment is not required but we do ask you to register at our Front Desk upon arrival at our store.
What are the price range of the gowns?
Our special order wedding gowns range from about $500 to $1,500; and off-the-rack gowns starting at $99. Bridesmaids' dresses range from $150 to $300. We carry a wide selection of gowns to suit any budget.
What is a special order?
Special order wedding gowns and bridesmaids' dresses are cut and prepared by the manufacturer, and the delivery schedule may require a period of 12 to 14 weeks. Please note that a special order does NOT mean "custom-made", that's why almost every gown may need some sort of adjustment.
Do you provide alterations?
We have a professional, highly-skilled seamstress that provides in-store services at an additional charge. Fittings are by appointment only. Alterations will be performed once the gown is paid in full.
Do you require a deposit?
A 50% deposit is required at the time of your order and is non-refundable. The balance is due within 30 days upon arrival of your merchandise at our store.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. This final sale policy is in consistence with the industry standard for bridal and special occasion apparel.
How do I decide what size to order?
We will compare the size chart provided by the manufacturer to your own measurements. This will help determine the right size garment to be ordered. Please note that this is NOT a "made-to-measure" process, and therefore some alteration may be required.
