• "Do I need an appointment to try on wedding gowns"?
  An appointment is not required, but recommended if you would like to request a specific Bridal Consultant. Please note, that we do experience a higher traffic volume during Saturdays and Sundays.
  
  " Do you require a deposit"?
  A 50% deposit is required at the time of your order and is non-refundable. The balance is due within 30 days upon arrival of your merchandise at our store.
  
  "Do you accept returns"?
  All sales are final. The final sale policy is in consistence with the industry standard for bridal and special occasion apparel.
  
  "How do I decide what size to order"?
  We will compare the size chart provided by the manufacturer to your own measurements. This will help determine the right size garment to be ordered. Please note that this is not a "made to measure" process, and therefore some alteration may be required which can be provided on site at a separate cost.
